OP, how small is your industry Per actuality? Your former CEO is definitely trying to pressure you—but unless your field is VERY small, or he’s a big enough name that he holds an unusual amount of sway, odds are it’s just a pressure tactic. Unless he does have a lot of influence, his frustration
